Priced by the cooker, oven cleaning in Fulham runs from £77 for one door to £110 for two. In Munster ward a third of households (33.8%) had a terraced house in 2021, the highest of the five wards counted here.

Fulham’s five wards held 22,275 households at the census. Flats made up 68.6%, though the blocks cluster: 1,950 of Walham Green’s 3,591 households (54.3%) lived in purpose-built ones. Private renting stood at 37.5% and owning at 38.8%. Addresses are SW6 and W6, in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Terraced kitchens in Munster ward

Munster counted 1,791 terraced households out of 5,300. In a terrace the oven might be a built-in double under a gas hob or a freestanding cooker topped by its hob, so note the number of doors and the width. Add the hob and the hood and a double comes to £143, a single to £117. A gas hob’s burner caps and supports go into the soak alongside the oven racks; a ceramic or induction top, £23 on its own price, is cleaned by hand. Among the conservation areas the council lists in Fulham are Walham Grove and Moore Park, and the hob cleaning page covers both kinds of hob.

Evening and weekend controls round Stamford Bridge

Zones F and S, which cover Stamford Bridge, Fulham Broadway, North End Road and West Brompton, opted for longer controls in the evenings and at weekends, so a Saturday or Sunday visit there can still mean a paid bay. Read the signs for the hours and the longest stay, because a single oven usually takes 40 to 90 minutes and a double or a range takes longer. In Hammersmith and Fulham, residents of a controlled zone can book visitor sessions for their own zone through RingGo; holding the permit costs nothing, the hours are charged, and in most zones one permit covers as many as five visitors at a time. Tell the office your zone when you call. The cleaner’s parking is billed at its real price, £40 at most.

Purpose-built blocks around Walham Green

In a block the visit turns as much on the way in as on the cooker. Say which floor, if there is a lift, and how to get through the front entrance, so the cleaner can bring the equipment up in one go. The oven types guide helps match a built-in to its price. Inner panes of door glass are cleaned only on doors designed to open up. The make and model tell the office whether yours does. Shelves and runners soak while the cavity and the seal are cleaned by hand.

Questions about oven cleaning in Fulham

Can I book just the hob?

Yes. A hob by itself costs less than the £67 minimum, the smallest job the company takes, so alone it is charged at £67. Added to an oven visit it keeps its own price, £28 for gas or £23 for a ceramic or induction top.

Does a let on North End Road or Dawes Road need a licence?

Yes. Dawes Road, Fulham Road, Crookham Road and North End Road are all on the council’s list of selective licensing streets, so every private let along them must be licensed, under a scheme that runs to 4 June 2027. For the oven between tenants, timing is explained under end of tenancy oven cleaning.

How soon after cooking can the cleaner start?

Only once the oven is cool, so switch it off well before the visit and do not cook in it that morning. The date is fixed with the office by phone. Leave the water and power on for the cleaner to use.
